Fiedler Park Dental exists to provide high-quality dental services to improve our patients’ aesthetics while meeting functional demands. We offer a comfortable environment centered around our patient’s needs.
When you request an appointment, we reserve that time slot for you. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a last-minute emergency, contact us as soon as you possibly can to give us the opportunity to make this time available to others.
As a courtesy to our patients, our Team is committed to doing all we can to help maximize your dental benefits. We are happy to bill your dental insurance carrier directly for all charges incurred during your appointment. Fielder Park Dental bills at a rate considered usual, customary, and competitive for the Arlington, Texas area. This helps us keep your out-of-pocket expenses as low as possible.
We do our best to provide you with an accurate service estimate before you come in for your appointment. Please bear in mind that, because insurance contracts can be complex and it is not always possible to know the specifics of your coverage, the best that we, or any practice can do is provide you with an estimate. Patients are responsible to pay the estimated patient portion on the same day treatment is delivered. The one exception to this is if you contacted us to make alternate payment arrangements prior to the day of service.
We allow your insurance carrier 60 days to pay its portion of your bill. We transfer the responsibility to you after 60 days, but you may pursue reimbursement with your dental insurance provider. Should your insurance company remit a payment for services that you already paid us for, or pays more than our estimate, we will refund that money to you.
Please don’t hesitate to ask any member of our Team for clarification on these policies.
