Chip Mercer, DDS
Dr. Chip Mercer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2002, After graduation, he practiced in Marshall, Texas for two years. In 2004, the Mercer family relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Dr. Mercer mantains numerous memberships in professional organizations. He is an active member of the Fort Worth District Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Mercer is a native of Irving and graduated from MacArthur High in 1993. He is a 1998 graduate of Lamar University where he played baseball for the Cardinals and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He spent one year in minor league baseball before beginning his dental career. Dr. Mercer has been married since 1998 and has two children. The Mercer family is involved in church, school and athletic activities.
William Saunders, DDS
Dr. William W. Saunders graduated from Texas Christian University in 1967 and continued his education at Baylor College of Dentistry, where he graduated with a dental degree in 1972. From 1972 until 1974 he served our great country at the USAF Hospital, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, as a general dental officer. He was honorably discharged while holding the rank of captain. In August, 1974, he started his private dental practice in Arlington, Texas which he has maintained since that time. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Implant Dentistry.
With his commitment to dental excellence Dr. Saunders has over 500 hours of continuing education with a strong emphasis on treating advanced dental disease. He is highly skilled with surgical procedures and utilizes dental implants to help create a functional and beautiful smile. After some extensive training with Cerec ®, a CAD/CAM machine, (which will allow us to custom design a porcelain crown in one visit), Dr. Saunders can save you time in our office by having your crown done on the same day.
Dr. Saunders and his wife, Betsy, have two grown children, Brian and Kelly and is a proud grandpa. Whenever he is away from the office, he enjoys fishing, hunting, working on his ranch, and team roping.
Trent Glaser, DDS
Dr. Trent Glaser has been practicing dentistry in Arlington, TX since 2003. He graduated from University of Oklahoma with a degree in Microbiology in 1995. Dr. Glaser continued his education in dental school where he graduated in 1999 from Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is a "Sooner" all the way.
Dr. Trent Glaser is proud to offer quality dental care to Arlington and the surrounding communities. He is a member of the ADA, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association and Fort Worth District Dental Society. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has taken numerous continuing education courses including, Cosmetic Smile Makeovers, Root Canal Therapy, Invisalign, and Implants. Dr. Glaser has been a top local provider of Lumineers (an ultra thin porcelain covering over your natural teeth) since 2007.
Volunteering is a way Dr. Glaser is helping give back to what God has provided. He is a n active volunteer at Alan Saxe Dental Clinic at Mission Arlington. He also has been involved with the Children’s Ministry at Fielder Road Baptist Church since 2004.
In his spare time Dr. Glaser enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Tracy, and his wonderful girls, Maya and Aidan. He enjoys health and fitness and has competed in several Olympic distance Triathlons. He also likes playing golf and watching College Football.
