Financial & Insurance

Financial Policy

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

For patients who need payment plans that extend longer than three months, we have outside financing available upon approval with CareCredit.  This allows patients to take advantage of no-interest payment plans for 12 months, or with convenient, low monthly payment plans for 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us!  We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance Policy

In order to better serve our patients, our office tries to help our patients maximize their insurance benefits.  As a courtesy, we are happy to work with your carrier and directly bill them for reimbursemsnt for  their estimated portion of your treatment.  As an effort to keep treatment expenses as low as possible for all of our patients, we are within usually and customary fees for our area.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of services, unless you have made financial arrangemtns prior to your scheduled treatment.  If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 60 days, you will be responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier.  In the event the insurance pays after you have paid or pays more than we estimated, our office will notify you and forward the funds to you. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.

Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

*Special note - Dental insurance benefits are not a determinant of dental treatment needs.  The benefits are a contractually set dollar amount and covered procedure list negotiated between the insured's employer and the insurance carrier.  Our dentists will recommend treatment based on the dental health condition of the patient regardless of insurance coverage.
